Creating Your Sample – Step by Step
Step 1: Share Your Ideas
Send us your design in whatever form works for you:
– Sketches with notes on stones, sizes, and details
– Inspiration photos from online, with your comments
– An existing sample we can copy or modify
– CAD files if you have them
The more details you give us, the closer we can get to your vision.
Step 2: 3D Design & Confirmation
Our CAD team will create a detailed 3D model based on your ideas and send it to you for approval. We’ll also ask for a few key details to make your sample:
– Metal type (like sterling silver or brass)
– Quantity of samples
– Preferred color (silver, gold, rose gold, etc.)
– Plating thickness, if needed (we’ll guide you on options)
Understanding the Costs
We can give you a price estimate based on your design. Once the sample is made, we’ll confirm the final price, which depends on materials (metal, gems, plating), labor, and craftsmanship.
We use sustainably sourced materials and produce in quantities that allow us to offer great value. Our team can also advise on ways to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Placing Your Order
Once you approve the sample and price, we move to production. For new designs, our minimum order is 50 pieces for silver (120 for brass). For rings, it’s 30 pieces per size in silver (60 in brass), since each size needs its own mold.
You can send us a Purchase Order, and we’ll reply quickly with a Proforma Invoice for confirmation. After we receive your deposit, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline. Once the balance is paid, we ship your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight/size, but we pack everything carefully to keep costs down.
Production Timeline
Off-Peak (Feb–Aug orders)
Samples: 3–5 weeks
Production: 6–8 weeks (up to 12 weeks for large orders)
Peak Season (Sep–Jan orders)
Samples: 4–6 weeks
Production: 8–10 weeks (up to 12 weeks for large orders)
