There are totally 14 computerized machines in our factory. At this time, 8 of them are CNC digitally controlled carving machine,6 of them are CNC digitally controlled lathe.we have 6 laser jointing machines.We have one team for CZ CNC set.
we are currently upgrading software for our computerized machinery and we are always on the market for new and improved technology,both in our machinery and our manufacturing process.
About the audit factory, we gained D&B checked at 2013. we got the big chain stores audit approval at 2017.

  • In hot processing, we are very good at wax-losing castings.
  • In cold processing, we are experts at digital mechanical process,
  • In special processing, we are capable of performing electric spark incision and laser carving, jointing and engraving.
  • Jewelry special processing: We are proficient at variouskinds of CZ setting both by hand and by wax. We are expert at precious metal inlayed. We have developed unique sphere enamel technique.

✓ Resin technology: conventional glittering gluing and polish gluing. The unique SPHERE resin technology could make irregular shapes look like well-crafted gems.

The Wax-losing castings workshop

1. Wax Tree Assembly:
Where Your Design Takes Shape

At this stage, your design starts its transformation into jewelry. We carefully arrange wax patterns into a “tree,” which serves as the master model for casting. This step lies at the heart of the casting process, allowing us to produce every detail of your design faithfully and efficiently.

2. Shell Making & Metal Casting:
From Mold to Metal

In this phase, the wax tree is carefully coated to form a strong ceramic shell—a durable mold ready to withstand high temperatures. Molten stainless steel is then poured into the shell, faithfully capturing every fine detail of your design and forming the solid foundation of your jewelry piece.

3. Shot Blasting & Acid Pickling:
Revealing the Shine

After casting, each piece is treated with shot blasting to smooth and even out the surface. It is then cleaned through an acid pickling process, which gently removes any residues and oxidation, bringing out the natural brightness of the stainless steel. This prepares your jewelry beautifully for the next stages of polishing and finishing.
